I want to emphasize the critical importance of enhancing the quality of education across our province. It is our duty to invest in teacher training programs, ensuring that our educators possess the essential skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality education. Furthermore, we must continually update our curriculum to align with modern educational standards and incorporate innovative teaching methods that will significantly benefit our students' learning outcomes. Equally vital is our commitment to prioritizing the provision of educational resources, including textbooks, learning materials, and technology, to all schools in Sindh. This equitable distribution of resources will grant our students access to up-to-date information, enriching their overall learning experience. By addressing these key areas, we can make significant improvements in the state of education in our beloved Sindh province, ultimately providing a brighter and more promising future for our children. I also wish to take this opportunity to highlight the numerous initiatives undertaken by the Sindh government to improve the lives of our people and uphold the quality of education. According to official data from the Finance Division, Sindh boasts a literacy rate of 61.8%, ranking second among all four provinces, including literacy rates for youth and adults. We have tirelessly worked on multiple fronts, including bringing out-of-school children back into the educational fold, enhancing the quality of education, and providing comprehensive teacher training. In the fiscal year 2023, the Sindh government allocated Rs. 34.2 billion for 397 ongoing and 332 new development projects within the education sector. It is worth noting that the Teacher Licensing initiative is in its final stages of preparation and will soon be open to the public. Despite facing various constraints and challenges, Sindh remains steadfast in its commitment to improving the lives of its people and serving as a beacon of progress. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each one of those, who played a vital role towards the education sector, particularly in the province of Sindh. Together, we can build a brighter and more prosperous future for Sindh and its citizens through education.

It is important to focus on improving the enrollment and retention rates in schools, especially in remote and under privileged areas. Efforts would be made to identify and address the barriers that prevent children from attending school, such as poverty, child labour, and gender discrimination. Special attention should also be given to the education of girls, as they often face additional challenges in accessing education.
I would like to emphasize the importance of promoting digital literacy among students. In today's digital age, it is crucial for students to have the necessary skills to navigate and utilize technology effectively. Therefore, initiatives would be taken to provide access to computers and internet facilities in schools.
